We saw that antisemitism lurks at every corner. We appreciated the need to connect with fellow Jews. We learned the value of community.
Here at Chabad of Pierce County, we have grown even stronger, provided even more opportunities of connection, launched new initiatives, and saw tremendous growth.
Camp Gan Israel's inaugural year gave children the opportunity to be fully immersed in a positive, Jewish atmosphere for 2 weeks over the summer. The feedback we received was incredible. It was fun. It was energetic. It was Jewish.
Just in time for the New Year we are starting Tacoma Young and Jewish. We saw the growth in the 20's and 30's demographic in Pierce County, and heard their strengthened desire to connect to the Jewish community. So, together with a focused and talented committee, we will be launching this incredible series of opportunities for connection.
Wonderful growth in an organization demands growth in the budget. Here is where we turn to you. We need you to be a partner in our work here in Pierce County. A partner in our efforts to unite the Jewish community. A partner in our efforts to give Jews of all ages a home away from home. A place where they know they will be supported, appreciated and valued, even when things around feel challenging. A place where everyone can show up to learn, to socialize, to help, to engage and to enjoy.
And for this we need you to make your mark.
This year, we are Piercing Together. For Chabad of Pierce County to pierce this county with Judaism, to leave a lasting mark, we need you to make yours.
As you end off this year, consider making your mark, your pierce on Judaism in Pierce County. For the duration of this campaign, your donation will be doubled, doubling the effect of your pierce.
Give generously. Make a mark. Together, we'll pierce Pierce County with Judaism.
